AWD Procurement started on a retail floor, not in a boardroom. In 2007, we opened our first store selling televisions, appliances, and consumer electronics. Over the next several years, that single location grew into a multi-store retail operation across Southern California and Nevada — and running it taught us things no business school could: how to buy right, price sharp, manage logistics, merchandise a floor, and keep inventory moving.

That firsthand knowledge became our real advantage. As our buying power grew, so did the opportunity to help other business owners the same way we’d once helped ourselves — supplying entrepreneurs, retailers, wholesalers, and independent businesses with closeouts, truckloads, pallets, and liquidation inventory. What started as a side of our business became the business.

Today, AWD Procurement is a wholesale, liquidation, and international procurement company based in Southern California, with sourcing and distribution reaching customers around the world. We work with retailers of every size — from someone opening their first store to established chains — helping each one secure profitable inventory at competitive prices.

We’ve spent nearly two decades on both sides of the counter, buying it and selling it long before we ever started sourcing it for someone else. That experience is what sets us apart. AWD Procurement isn’t chasing the wholesale and liquidation industry — we’re the benchmark it gets measured against.
